Irene is the Chief Inspiration Officer at Corporate Media Services (CorpMedia), a communications agency she founded in 1992. Throughout her illustrious 32-year career in strategic communications and counsel, she has accumulated a wealth of expertise across various facets of business, encompassing marketing, business growth development, and brand strategy.
Irene leads a team of dynamic storytellers to help shape and share clients’ stories across all channels, including traditional PR, corporate communications, executive social media and thought leadership, customer experience and engagements, event organization and management. She seamlessly combines creativity with commercial acumen to craft effective communication strategies that offer clear guidance for all stakeholders. She has a particularly impressive record working with clients in the food, science, healthcare, and agri-food industry.

Dennis is a senior partner at Xp2, co-leading the firm’s counsel across the life sciences, global banking & markets, technology and corporate B2B sectors.
Dennis has 25+ years of international marketing, brand, communications and BD lead roles with the world’s top brands including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Baxter, Yahoo, Nike and Johnson & Johnson. He is also well versed with the technology services sector where he led multiple launches of banking, e-commerce and engagement digital apps. He also has valuable tech start-up experience. In the area of communications and advocacy consulting, Dennis has worked for leading global agencies Hill & Knowlton and Porter Novelli, where he headed several practices.
With his experience in highly regulated sectors, Dennis is well versed with working alongside regulatory, compliance and legal partners. He has specific case experience (in-house and as an advisor) with issues and incident preparedness, corporate litigation & disputes, life sciences product-recalls and regulatory-incident related issues. He has also provided communications counsel to the Law Society of Singapore.
Dennis ensures brand reputation counsel factors-in the relevant ESG frameworks and materiality and is an advocate for ethical marketing. Having served as a Board Director for two companies, he understands the Board's strategic oversight role of Sustainability and reputation. Dennis also serves as an Advisor to a regional distributor of a globally well-established energy monitoring & efficiency technology solutions provider.
Dennis holds a Masters of Management from the Thunderbird Graduate Business School of International Management (AZ, USA). He has a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Political Science) degree from the National University of Singapore. Dennis is Sustainability-trained, with seven formal certifications from the Singapore Management University and the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Yashna Harjani is a senior partner at Xp2, co-leading the firm’s counsel across the food, nutraceuticals and supplements sectors.
Yashna brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience within the food and beverage, nutraceutical, and supplement industries, including a 14-year tenure with PepsiCo across Bangkok, Shanghai, and Dubai. Prior to PepsiCo, she worked with Food & Nutrition Specialists Pte Ltd (representing the Southeast Asian secretariat of the International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI), and the Company Wellness Centre (a joint initiative of Johnson & Johnson and the National Productivity Board) in Singapore.
As both an industry insider and consultant, Yashna has collaborated with renowned organizations such as the Asian Food Information Centre in Thailand; Herbalife in India; Asahi, Barilla, and Vitamin Well in Southeast Asia and China; as well as various MNCs, hospitals, nursing homes, and food retail business. Her expertise encompasses a strong understanding of food, nutrition and health sciences; consumer health, wellness, and lifestyle trends; and labelling regulations across Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and the US. She has supported a wide portfolio of products ranging from snacks and grain-based food, to carbonated beverages, energy drinks, sports drinks; functional beverages with grains, dairy, juice, plant-based and herbal ingredients; and functional food and supplements.
Her strategic focus includes spearheading nutrition science strategies with a robust innovation pipeline, guiding evidence-based business development, and driving healthier product transformations. She excels in defining product design, clinical trial protocols, claims and communication, external engagement and advocacy strategies.

Grace is founder of Sustinere Pte Ltd and Vista Lestari Sdn Bhd, which provides sustainability consulting and reporting services to both listed and non-listed companies across the maritime, utilities, property and tourism sectors. In addition, Grace has conducted external assurance on Sustainability Reports and Integrated Reports for various well-established companies in the region. Grace has significant experience in consultancy and auditing for various management system and social compliance standards. She has valuable experience as a Lead Auditor for IS0 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and social compliance audit schemes including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audits (SMETA). Committed to helping Asia’s businesses and its boards build sustainability competencies, Grace has delivered executive trainings on sustainability reporting, sustainable supply chains and carbon management. Grace conducts executive trainings at leading institutions such as the Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Social Sciences. Regina Moench Pfanner

Regina is an expert in international nutrition with over 35 years of experience. She has consulted for governments, international development organizations, including the WHO, WFP, UNHCR, and Swiss Development Cooperation on areas relating to public health and nutrition, research institutions, and private industry.
--- A Fulbright Scholar, Regina holds a Master of Science degree in International Nutrition from Michigan State University, USA, and a Doctorate from the University of Bonn, Germany. Her expertise is in the development, management, and implementation of nutrition and health programs, with specific focus on ensuring adequate nutrition and nutrient intake in the context of poverty and economic crises in emerging markets. Her work experience spans Africa, the Middle East, South America, Europe, and Asia. Regina began her career with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, where she led major relief operations in Africa and Eastern Europe. She then transitioned to the development field, managing and implementing several multi-million-dollar programs to improve nutrition and generate sustainable, innovative distribution models in partnership with the public, private, and civil sectors. She served as Regional Coordinator for Asia Pacific at Helen Keller International from 1999 to 2005. From 2005 to 2015, she worked for the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), leading GAIN’s global nutrition programs for several years before heading the office in Singapore. Regina has published and co-authored more than 60 papers in peer-reviewed international journals, and a special supplement of the Food and Nutrition Bulletin on Asia. She is well regarded internationally as a key expert in her field of nutrition.
Romi Novriadi
Senior Lecturer, Jakarta Technical University of Fisheries Global Advisor, Seafood Consumers Association
Romi is an expert in sustainable aquaculture production with over 20 years of experience. In addition to being Senior Lecturer at the Jakarta Technical University of Fisheries, Romi is Vice Chairman of the Indonesia Aquaculture Society and Editor in Chief of the Indonesian Fisheries Research Journal (IFRJ) and Media Akuakultur. He also serves as Global Advisor to the Seafood Consumers Association.
--- Currently, Romi focuses on the development of intensive shrimp farming system and economical aquafeed, evaluation of nutritional requirements for shrimp and fish as well as facilitation of the evaluation of novel ingredients and feed supplemental properties to enhance the growth and health status of aquatic organisms. He serves as a liaison, connecting research institutes with industry to review the feed formulations and manufacturing process, aquaculture management practices, and identify relevant research to enhance the aquaculture productivity and efficiency. Romi has published more than 35 peer reviewed research articles in the area of his expertise which include aquaculture nutrition, shrimp and fish farming, functional feed, immunology, aquaculture technology and disease management. He has a MSc in Aquaculture from Ghent University, Belgium and obtained PhD in Fisheries and Allied Aquaculture from the Auburn University, Alabama, USA under a Fulbright scholarship.
Michael J Sweeney

Michael has almost 20 years’ experience in the financial industry with 12 years focused in the agribusiness sector in emerging markets. Michael founded Bluegrass Partners, where he serves as a Partner, to bring our unique approach to the emerging market agribusiness linking industry players, financial capital and operational expertise within the UN Sustainability framework.
--- Michael believes that agribusiness requires a multi-pronged management approach encompassing operational excellence, continuous restructuring and strategy refinement and a flexible capital structure. Prior to Bluegrass, Michael managed a global agribusiness portfolio on behalf of pension funds, strategic investors and high net-worth individuals in Singapore. Michael’s responsibilities included deal origination, transaction management, and due diligence as well as active company management. Michael has sat as a member of the Board of Directors or Advisory member in multiple jurisdictions including India, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, and Indonesia and has significant experience in corporate governance and stakeholder management. Previously, Michael worked as an investment banker in the real estate and natural resource sectors at Citigroup and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London and New York, respectively. While working in banking, Michael advised on deals in excess of USD $3.0bn. Michael graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in history and economics, specializing in the 20th century. He is currently earning his Masters in Theology & Ministry to bridge the gap between sustainability and communities of faith.
