Across Southeast Asia, Grace Cheah is at the forefront of sustainability reporting, Greenhouse gases (GHG) accounting and responsible sourcing. Grace is founder of Sustinere Pte Ltd and Vista Lestari Sdn Bhd, which provides sustainability consulting and reporting services to both listed and non-listed companies across the maritime, utilities, property and tourism sectors. In addition, Grace has conducted external assurance on Sustainability Reports and Integrated Reports for various well-established companies in the region.
Grace has significant experience in consultancy and auditing for various management system and social compliance standards. She has valuable experience as a Lead Auditor for IS0 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and social compliance audit schemes including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audits (SMETA). Committed to helping Asia’s businesses and its boards build sustainability competencies, Grace has delivered executive trainings on sustainability reporting, sustainable supply chains and carbon management.
Grace conducts executive trainings at leading institutions such as the Singapore Management University and Singapore University of Social Sciences. She has also delivered trainings for the Singapore Stock Exchange – Global Compact Network (SGX-GCNS) Sustainability Reporting Workshops. Grace holds an M.Sc. in Biochemical Research from Imperial College London, and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biotechnology from University College London. Grace is an ACTA certified trainer and has a WSQ Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE). She is also a Lead-certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner.
